Return And Refund
At Snugspaw, we want you — and your pets — to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email).

Returns must be sent to our return address (provided upon request). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
We will refund the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Used grooming tools
Opened pet bowls, feeders, or water bottles
Any item that has been chewed, scratched, or worn
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
All returns must be sent to a UK-based return address (provided by our customer support team).
